The Duo is the minimalist, ultra-lightweight device for strengthening one finger... or two. Designed to isolate muscular and tendon work precisely, it features a 25 mm bi-finger grip and a perfectly calibrated mono-finger.
Its compact size fits in the palm of your hand, but it unfolds its full potential as soon as you hook it onto a branch, a quickdraw, or simply use it on the ground with a weight or a bungee cord.
Made from recycled rubber wood, it combines comfort, natural grip and environmental responsibility. The Duo is the tool of choice for climbers who want to progress finger by finger, with efficiency and simplicity.
