Climbing Floor Supervisor
Some of the key tasks in this role:
- Assisting customers with their gear needs and sharing your experiences, both in store and via email
- Quoting orders and coordinate industrial/outdoor education customers
- Placing supplier orders & restock the climbing floor
- Training on new technology and products
If you are…
- Experienced in retail (specialty outdoor retail experience is essential)
- A passion for climbing, work with ropes & hiking
- A high level of attention for detail
- The ability to work independently
- Intermediate level of Microsoft suite (outlook, excel etc)
Full-time Retail Assistant
Some of the key tasks in this role:
- Assisting customers with their gear needs and sharing your experiences, both in store and via email
- Restocking and store upkeep
- Training on new technology and products

Part-time Warehouse Assistant - Pick&Pack
Some of the key tasks in this role:
- Picking online orders from warehouse and shop floor
- Packing and dispatching all outgoing orders
- Handling out of stock/problems with online orders
- Receiving and stickering when there's overflow
Key requirements of the role:
-Confident with various software platforms and able to learn new systems easily.
-Intermediate level of Microsoft suite (outlook, excel etc)
-Ability to work in a non-airconditioned (but well ventilated) environment.
-Are able to lift heavy items, walk stairs with load and be on your feet for most of the day.
