With a huge 24mm edge and a small 8mm crimp, this grip allows you to build finger strength and master both open-hand and closed-hand crimping techniques.
Tension Band:
You got a foot, you got a gym! The tension band lets you complete a workout in the office, on a plane, or anywhere else your heart desires. Adjust the foot strap to match your height and desired resistance level, giving you a tailored workout every time.
Worried you'll train legs? Attach the tension band to nearly any anchor point and use it as normal.
