The La Sportiva TX5 EVO GTX is a durable, technical hiking shoe designed for demanding trails, rocky terrain, and long days on foot. Featuring a robust nubuck leather upper with waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX ePE Extended Comfort, it keeps feet dry and comfortable when crossing streams or tackling wet, muddy ground.
Built for stability without sacrificing mobility, the TX5 EVO GTX incorporates a supportive construction and an approach-inspired lacing system for a precise, secure fit on technical terrain. An Ortholite® Hybrid™ Mountain Hiking 5mm footbed provides lasting cushioning, helping reduce fatigue over longer distances.
Underfoot, the Vibram® Megagrip™ outsole with Impact Brake System™ delivers reliable traction on both ascents and descents, giving confidence on loose and uneven surfaces. Designed with longevity in mind, the TX5 EVO GTX also features a Resole Platform™ construction, allowing the shoe to be repaired and extending its lifespan for seasons of rugged hiking.

All packaging or products must be in their original, re-sellable condition.
Outlet sales are final and can only be returned for exchange. Items found faulty or under warranty will be replaced or refunded.
Some special condition products are labelled as No Refund & Exchange Products. Sale of these items are final and are not eligible for neither refunds nor exchanges.
For safety reasons, K2 cannot accept returns on climbing equipment, socks, underwear and some other products unless faulty.

How to claim your first shoe exchange?
Simply follow the usual return process by filling out the form and selecting "First Shoe Exchange" as the reason for your return.
Our team is going to check if your order meets the conditions below and in our return policy after your submission. If your order is eligible after the assessment, you will receive an email with your return label attached to it.
Conditions:
- Your order or items in your order must meet all the conditions outlined in our "Change of Mind Returns Policy" excluding the part related to shipping cost.
- The “First Shoe Exchange Free” offer is limited to one-time use per order only. The customer is responsible for shipping after the first exchange.
- The offer is valid for an exchange with any product in stock. We understand there might be changes in plans. As long as the first-purchased product has the “First Shoe Exchange Free” badge, you can swap it with any other product that has the same badge.
- You can select to get a refund as a “Store Credit”. Cannot find your size or have you changed your mind? Simply select “Store Credit” as the return option and K2 will still cover the shipping cost.
- Refund requests to the original payment method are not exchanges and are not covered by the offer, therefore, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Please see our full returns policy.
- Sizes or colors that are out of stock are not eligible for an exchange and are not covered by this offer. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the order in case of a full refund request.
- The offer is only valid for orders with a shipping address within Australia and does not cover return shipping costs from New Zealand or any other international destination.
La Sportiva shoes are built on European half sizes (France on the table) which are smaller increments than US half sizes. This gives four extra sizes per size run, in return, this gives you a better fit! More sizes mean a better fit!
Please note that La Sportiva shoes typically run up to one full size smaller than your everyday footwear.
