How to ask for a price match?
If the products you want to purchase meet the price-match conditions, simply fill out the form below.
We will compare the products and then our team will generate an order for you with the new prices if the competitor product is qualified for a price match.

Conditions:
- The products must be identical. Including but not limited to brand, colour, model, season, size, packaging, material and overall look.
- The competitor must have the product in stock and the products must be available for immediate purchase.
- The price must include GST and all the associated delivery costs. If a competitor's product is only available for "Click and Collect" or "Store Pickup", the order is not eligible for free shipping and we will add the delivery cost on top of the matched product price.
- The competitor must have a physical retail store located in Australia (not an online-only store) and must have a valid ABN and be registered for GST. (Expert product advice, top notch customer service, and ongoing product & warranty support is part of our service and promise. An online-only business or a business selling products illegally in Australia cannot deliver the same value hence does not have the same associated costs and is not a valid competitor.)
- Cashbacks, quantity promotions, wholesale and coupon discounts are excluded from our price match guarantee.
- Clearance products and stock liquidations (ie. business shut down sale) are excluded from our price match guarantee.
- Discount codes cannot be used on price-matched orders or products.
- The price match guarantee is valid only for new transactions and do not cover applicable for exchanges, refunds or old pricing.
- The price-matched product or order is not eligible for free shipping If a competitor's product is only available for "Click and Collect" or "Store Pickup". You can prefer "Store Pickup" if you do not want to pay shipping, otherwise we will add the delivery cost on top of the matched product price.
