How to claim your first shoe exchange?
Simply follow the usual return process by filling out the form and selecting "First Shoe Exchange" as the reason for your return.
Our team is going to check if your order meets the conditions below and in our return policy after your submission. If your order is eligible after the assessment, you will receive an email with your return label attached to it.
Conditions:
- Your order or items in your order must meet all the conditions outlined in our "Change of Mind Returns Policy" excluding the part related to shipping cost.
- The “First Shoe Exchange Free” offer is limited to one-time use per order only. The customer is responsible for shipping after the first exchange.
- The offer is valid for an exchange with any product in stock. We understand there might be changes in plans. As long as the first-purchased product has the “First Shoe Exchange Free” badge, you can swap it with any other product that has the same badge.
- You can select to get a refund as a “Store Credit”. Cannot find your size or have you changed your mind? Simply select “Store Credit” as the return option and K2 will still cover the shipping cost.
- Refund requests to the original payment method are not exchanges and are not covered by the offer, therefore, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Please see our full returns policy.
- Sizes or colors that are out of stock are not eligible for an exchange and are not covered by this offer. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the order in case of a full refund request.
