The Freda is sleek, sensible and designed for women, with a narrower cut designed for greater comfort while walking and travelling. These shoes have all the necessary features for comfort and support: a grippy Vibram sole, upper made from hard-wearing full-grain nubuck leather, and a waterproof/breathable membrane lining.

The rigidity and support of a dual-density sole and lightweight shank make them ideal for pack carrying and longer trail days, while the low cut and utilitarianlace structure gives a secure, personalised fit. With the grip and feel of a boot and the practicality of a shoe, Freda is here to give you happy feet.

  • Constructed using a multi-layer approach, the Vast maximises all-day comfort with high- and mid-density cushioning, targeted impact protection and rugged defence from protrusions
  • Designed for walking on tracks and trails, the light yet stiff shank and solid, reliable Vibram ® sole combine to give structure and stability
  • The Vibram tread gives maximum grip on all terrain from mud to shale, loose dirt to rock. Self-cleaning lugs give optimum performance – mud and ice don’t get caught
  • Two-part water resistance: a lining made from a 3-layer membrane, complemented by a water-resistant, durable leather outer
