The YY Climbing Ring is ideal for warming up before climbing and as a rehab tool post-injury.
The YY Climbing Ring trains grip strength and warms up the tendons and muscles of the forearm and the tendons and pulleys of the fingers in a safe, controlled way.
Come in 4 different strengths depending on your level or desired warm-up/rehab intensity.
