How often should you change your running socks?

The lifetime of your running socks will depend on how often and how long you run in them. Due to the natural wear and tear of the threading and structure, their performance is reduced over time.

A good indication that it is time to replace your running socks is when the toe or heel area becomes worn out and starts to shift around your shoes while performing high intensity activity, such as trail running.
