Outer gloves excellent, inner gloves poor.

I bought these gloves so I didn't have to buy a second pair because they have the inner gloves for very light insulation and then the thick out of gloves for waterproof and very cold activities. The problem is you need to buy another set for handling rope because the inner gloves break very quickly (my second trip and the first where I use them as working gloves and they broke on the third day).

The heavy outer gloves are very warm, hard wearing and waterproof.

In future knowing that I had to buy two separate gloves I would just buy a pair of heavy out of gloves and save $50 or $60 which I then put towards I second set better suited for rope handling.
